Will using anti-aging products damage my skin if I use them at a young age?

I’m fifteen, turning sixteen pretty soon. My parent’s are in their 40’s-50’s so all they have are anti-aging creams, moisturizers.. etc. I was just wondering if using anti-aging products at a young age damage my skin in the long run?
