What is the best cheap tinted moisturizer?
I have fair skin and freckles. I really want to even out my skin and cover the redness, but not cover up my freckles, and i heard that tinted moisturizer is my best choice. So what is a good tinted moisturizer that is cheap and i can find at a drug store or an Ulta store?
use the Neutrogena healthy skin tinted moisturizer it gives a nice
sheer coverage is oil free fragrance free great for oily skin $9 at target-
Hard candy Tinted moisturizer is great too light and great for combination
skin it gives a semi matte finish cost $8 at walmart.

ohhh! same here! ELF tinted moisturizer is the BOMB! its A DOLLAR at target and theres a WIDE reange of colors for you to choose! if you want to be lighter or ur true color, choose ivory and if you want a little tan, go for one shade darker than yours!

the Get-A-Tint is amazing too and is only $8! It’s got good coverage and doesn’t feel heavy.
