What is Your Aging Skin Care Routine?
An effective aging skin care program is not easy. If you are not using the right products, you will not see the results you want. No one likes to grow old, but you can age more gracefully and reduce the lines and wrinkles that appear on your skin.
Now, there are two main reasons why your skin ages and once you have an understanding then you will be able to choose the right products for your aging skin care routine.
When we are younger, our bodies produce an abundance of the vital skin proteins called collagen and elastin. These proteins give our skin the texture and elasticity associated with youthful skin.
As we age, our bodies produce less and less of these proteins. Without an ample supply of collagen and elastin, our skin begins to form lines, wrinkles and age spots. Now, do you see where I am going with this? Our bodies need to produce more of these proteins when we are older. A proper aging skin care program will address this.
The other reason that causes the skin to age is the damage caused by free radicals over time. Free radicals are very reactive chemicals that are traveling around our bodies and they damage our skin cells.
If you choose an effective aging skin care routine, then you will be addressing both of the causes of aging skin. You can reduce the signs of aging in your skin if you use skin care products that contain natural ingredients that work to restore the vital skin proteins. In addition, the product should contain antioxidants that will help reverse the damage caused by free radicals.
Now, let us focus on a specific ingredient found in an effective anti aging skin care program. The substance I am referring to is Cynergy TK. It comes from New Zealand and is effective at increasing the bodies’ production of collagen and elastin. It also contains antioxidants that help to reverse the damage caused by free radicals.
If you can find a product that contains Cynergy TK, then you are on your way to an effective anti aging skin care program. If you would like more information on the natural substances that help restore the vital skin proteins in your body then please visit my website.

What is the best anti aging skin care product?
I am 34 years old and I am starting to notice small lines developing. So I want to start with an anti aging skin care product line or routine. Can someone tell me what they are using or what you recommend and your results.

Prescription grade retinol products are the only ones that have been scientifically shown to be effective. I use an over-the-counter rose hips seed oil because it contains retinol, but I should invest in something stronger – they’re very expensive, though.
